Our technical services help desk is able to provide support for our customers regardless where they are located, provided they have internet access. Codefusion provides support for its customers using a variety of remote access techniques. Using the various remote support tools, Codefusion is able to reduce response and resolution times for network support. Codefusion resolves many support issues without ever coming to your site. Call 416.335.9391 and leave a detailed voice message and mark your message urgent. You will be contacted within 2 hours by a technical services coordinator.

Non-Support Agreement customers will be required to provide a valid Visa or MasterCard to initiate priority support. There is a minimum 2 hours Premium hour support charge. Upon validation of your payment a support engineer will be assigned to your case and you will be contacted within 2 hours of payment validation.

Remote Support with Webdemo


WebDemo is our web based presentation and web based support tool.  Web Demo allows Codefusion to provide support for computers even if they are behind firewalls. As long as you initiate the connection to the Web Demo server and grant Codefusion remote control we can support your system.(You need IE 5.0 or higher with the Java Vitrual Machine enabled.)
