Call 416.335.9391 and leave a detailed voice message and mark your message
urgent. You will be contacted within 2 hours by a technical
services coordinator.
Non-Support Agreement clients will be required to provide a valid Visa or
MasterCard to initiate priority support. There is a minimum 2 hours Premium
hour support charge. Upon validation of your payment a support engineer will be
assigned to your case and you will be contacted within 2 hours of payment
validation.
