1. The CTFusion Virtual ReaderBoard docks on the top or bottom of the desktop to provide economical use of desktop real estate. This allows you to work in other applications while viewing the statistics.
2. By connecting to an LED display wallboard that uses either a serial or Ethernet interface.
3. By connecting to a Plasma/CRT display.
 


Messaging

Messaging Using the CTFusion ReaderBoard Web Front End, the call center manager can send a private message to a specific agent's desktop or broadcast message to a workgroup's desktop or LED Wallboard. Also, an agent can notify the manager when he/she needs assistance using their CTFusion Virtual ReaderBoard help button.

You Decide What Info is Displayed Select from over 30 different call statistics to be displayed. Select the call statistic display profile for each workgroup. Set the call statistic thresholds for each workgroup. All custom display configurations are easily done by the manager through the CTFusion ReaderBoard Web Front End. Statistics for each workgroup scroll through the display.

Know When Thresholds Have Been Exceeded The color-coded display of call statistics provides notification of when call statistics are nearing or exceeding threshold values. Alerts can be sent via SMTP when thresholds have been exceeded.

The CTFusion ReaderBoard is a multi-tier architecture utility that collects data from the AltiGen phone system and channels the statistical information to various output display methods.

One display method is the Virtual Readerboard, which is a client utility that sits as an application bar (much like Windows taskbar) on the desktop. Another display method is a LED Display Wallboard, which is placed in an easily visible area of the call center to output statistics for everyone to see.
