Escalation

• CTFusion-MessageNotifier is a persistent message notification system with escalation for the for the AltiGen line of IP-PBXs. MessageNotifier provides a fully functional environment for managing the monitored mailboxes, on call users with 5 levels of escalation. MessageNotifier provides three modes of notification; phone, pager and email (SMS via SMTP Gateway support). Each level has multiple contacts with a set inter-contact interval and five escalation time based levels. With MessageNofitier you can ensure your clients never miss another important voicemail message. The MessageNotifier will continue to alert the each of contacts within list and escalate level by level. When all 5 levels of contact attempts are exhausted the system will recycle the list until the message is listened to. All MessageNotifer originated calls are logged and the log files available for export and detailed analysis.
