How Does it work

InterLink connects the application to the AltiGen telephone system, is informed of all incoming and outgoing telephone calls. CTFusion-InterLink interfaces the ALtiGen VoIP Phone systems with popular applications, currently supporting Microsoft CRM Dynamics 3.0, Salesnet.com, Salesforce.com, GoldMine, .Net Application, TimeMatters, and any custom Web based application. CTFusion-InterLink will send the incoming call data to these other applications. It is up to the individual application what they do with this information once they have it. Typically the applications will perform a look up on the phone number and retrieve the customer record.
